Since 2008, Park Aqualanda has been managed by Groningse Panden. With 14 employees working within the head office in Groningen, we are one of the largest property managers in the three northern provinces. Working together with the team of four employs at the park, we are able to manage an average of 100 to 150 changes per month.

In our offer, you can choose from two types of homes, the “A home” or the “Tolhuuske”. The A home has a living room, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, standard kitchen, and three bedrooms. The Tolhuuske has a living room, bathroom with bath, separate toilet, standard kitchen, and three bedrooms. Near the park are the villages of Nieuwediep and Bareveld in Drenthe and via the N33 you can reach the center of Groningen in 30 minutes for work or for a day out. For a temporary home, you can, therefore, rent a holiday home for a longer period in Drenthe. All our houses have two parking places at the door and the houses on the water have their own jetty. For relaxation on warmer days, you can swim and sail in the nearby lake. For daily shopping, you can go to Wildervank, Veendam or Gieten. There is also good connecting public transport which is only a five-minute walk away.
